Spice Mixes

A Little Bit of Everything:

Ever had an everything bagel? Our version of  this yummy, crunchy topping works great on baked goods, but we also love it sprinkled on salads, sandwiches and one of our favorites, seared tofu buttered pasta.

Great Galloping Gobs of Garlic:

Just like it says, a whole lot of garlic. Sprinkle on grilled meats and veggies, coat baked potatoes, make garlic dip, top savory baked goods, add to burger patties and keep away vampires!

Smokin' Southwest Seasoning:

Fire up your taste buds with this zesty Southwest inspired blend. Great in fajitas, tacos, flautas, nacho toppings and southwest omelettes. We use it for a cheater quick salsa and dip, too.

Che Buona Italian Seasoning:

Classic blend draws on oregano, basil, parsley and garlic to give an Italian flair to sauces, meats and dressings, as well as the old standbys, pizza and pasta.

Sweet, Spicy, Spunky Five Spice and Seeds:

The five flavors of the spices (sweet, bitter, sour, salty, and savory) give this traditionally Chinese mix depth, we add a pinch of salt and sesame seeds to round it out. Pairs well with rich meats, lettuce wraps, sesame noodles and spiced rice.
